✶ TERMS OF SERVICE ✶

Read cautiously before commissioning me.

⟡ No AI training/profesional use of my art.
⟡ Proper credit must be given when using my art as pfp, banner, etc.
⟡ I own the right to decline a commission for any personal reason.
⟡ You are not allowed to resell, redistribute or use my art claiming it as your own.
⟡ I do not work with deadlines. Please be sure to order your commission in advance in case you want it for a specific date according to my ETC.

 
✶ PAYMENT AND REFUNDS ✶

⟡ Payments will be made via PAYPAL or BIZUM (EUR € only).
⟡ An invoice will be sent to the customer's email with the price to be paid.
⟡ The costumer may choose to pay 100% upfront or 50% upfront - 50% before receiving the finished product.
⟡ Limit time to do the payment is 3 business days. Commissions with pending payments exceding the time limit will be declined.
⟡ No refunds unless I cancel the commission, in which case 50% of the paid money will be refunded.

 
✶ WORKING METHOD ✶

⟡ The client must send a description about the commission they want + clear visual media, including colored character(s) and pose (if desired) references. Requests with vague descriptions and poor visual media are more likely to be declined.
⟡ Expected time to recieve your commission is 2 weeks to 2 months. It truly depends on how busy I am at the moment.
⟡ Any possible delays or pauses will be notified to the client asap!
⟡ You can check the status of your commission by clicking on the WAITLIST button at the end of the page. You can always DM me to check how's it going and I'll send a screenshot of the work in proccess. :)
⟡ There will be one revision after I finish the sketch for the client to revise it. From then on the client may ask for any updates they want but no further changes will be made unless I forgot something or made any kind of rendering mistake, which are more than welcome to be notified (((please))).
⟡ Please beware bigger changes such as changing poses or full outfits may imply extra fees depending on the complexity.
